Paralegal

Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Paralegal who can keep complex legal work organized and moving. Working with the legal team and under the direction of attorneys, you’ll support matters across transactions, contracts, real estate, regulatory issues, and corporate governance. This role suits someone who enjoys building useful systems as much as handling the details of day-to-day legal work.

What you’ll do

• Research legal issues, draft documents, and assist with M&A, commercial transactions, contract review, and real estate acquisitions.
\n
• Build and maintain a centralized system for legal files and records.
\n
• Coordinate corporate filings and entity updates in the states where the business operates.
\n
• Track hearings and deadlines, organize matter files, coordinate logistics, and prepare documents for filing.
\n
• Help train and mentor newer team members.
\n

What you’ll bring

\n
• At least six years of related experience.
\n
• A bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
\n
• Strong organization and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
\n
• A paralegal designation or progress toward one. Experience with Legal Tracker is a plus.
