Litigation Associate

Job Description
Highly reputable, best in state firm adding a Personal Injury Associate due to growth. Must love litigation. They have a really nice, collegial team that is close knit and values long-term relationships, have consistently been ranked top places to work, offer a support staff ratio of 10 to 1, the ability to work on larger/more complex cases (thereby the ability to make more money and work on more sophisticated matters), and are active proponents of w/l balance. This is a great group to really get to sink your teeth into the work and work directly WITH the 2 Managing Partners. 2+ years of experience.
\n \nAdditional:Must be barred in IL
\nExcellent legal research, investigation, writing, and verbal skills are also required
\nprevious experience preparing and responding to initial pleadings, motions to dismiss, demands, discovery, motions for summary judgment, and other trial-related court filings
\ndeposition experience
\ncourtroom experience
