Branch Manager

As a Branch Manager within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in the Delaware, OH branch. Responsibilities Manages priorities through planning and execution to drive all aspects of branch performance, drives revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions, creates a differentiated customer experience, and leads risk management and compliance. Leads, plans and executes a branded sales process to achieve sales targets and customer loyalty, grows branch revenue through acquisition and share‑of‑wallet growth, and drives business banking results through community involvement activities. Leads, coaches and ensures the delivery of a differentiated client experience, coaching the team to confidently engage customers in technology‑enabled interactions and providing solutions to improve client financial well‑being. Drives the employee experience, acquiring and retaining talent through onboarding, coaching, development, and performance management, while cultivating an inclusive workplace. Manages operational, human capital, reputational and business risk, exercises sound decision making to mitigate sales practice risk, and ensures compliance with regulatory guidelines and policies. Key Competencies Customer Focused – Knowledgeable of values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized solutions. Managing Risk – Assessing and effectively managing all risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure adherence to PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years of related experience with at least 2 years of supervisory experience; no degree required. Preferred Home Lending Designated Lender Certification – PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. Comparable combinations of education, certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $82,500.00 – $137,500.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
