Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required
• Must hold a current Mississippi State license as a Speech Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility required
• Previous experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Deliver evidence-based therapy, both individually and in groups, to address students’ unique challenges
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of evaluations, therapy progress, and communication with staff and families
• Contribute actively to IEP meetings, offering insights and recommendations for student progress
• Foster a positive, patient, and supportive environment that encourages each child’s growth and achievement
