CVS Health Specialty Pharmacy, a mail service pharmacy in the Monroeville area, is seeking a Senior Coordinator. In this role, the colleague is responsible for compiling, reviewing, and processing routine reports to support compliance and meet A/R process flow expectations. The role also identifies and quantifies trends or issues, then communicates findings and potential impact to the appropriate members of the leadership team.

This colleague will review patient accounts for accurate billing and insurance processing under both medical and pharmacy benefits, respond to email inquiries related to patient balances and concerns, and support a high-performing, highly engaged team through mentorship, training, and process support.

Key Responsibilities

• Process routine A/R reports and support compliance requirements.
• Identify trends, issues, and potential impact for leadership review.
• Review patient accounts for billing and insurance accuracy.
• Respond to self-pay and patient balance inquiries.
• Validate bulk adjustments, vendor referrals, and CBG status updates.
• Support colleague training, mentorship, and process guidance.
• Help maintain a high performing, engaged team.
• Follow HIPAA, PHI, and related compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of healthcare experience within billing, collections, benefits, or AR Support
• 1 year of experience using Microsoft Excel for reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with A/R reporting, including trending, aging, and forecasting.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$18.50 - $35.29

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
