As a Service Advisor at Audi Rocklin, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and the service department. You will work closely with our technicians to ensure that customers receive timely, accurate, and professional service. Your role involves understanding customer needs, providing detailed explanations of services required, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival.
• Listen carefully to customers’ concerns and accurately document service needs.
• Provide detailed estimates and explain service options clearly to customers.
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely repair and maintenance work.
• Maintain transparent communication throughout the service process.
• Process payments and complete necessary documentation accurately.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and professional service area.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a service advisor or similar customer-facing role in an automotive service environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and terminology is a plus.
• Proficient with computer systems and software related to service management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
