OhioHealth seeks a Manager to lead operations within our healthcare and social assistance network in Columbus, OH. In this role, you will oversee daily departmental activities, supervise and develop clinical and/or administrative staff, and ensure high standards of patient safety, quality, and experience. You will manage budgets, staffing, and performance metrics while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborating with physicians and care teams, you’ll support an inclusive, compassionate culture aligned with OhioHealth’s mission and have access to robust professional growth and learning opportunities.
