Production

Hours are 12a - 8p PLUS overtime, you MUST be available for overtime.

• Production Operations:
  • Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
  • Load, unload, and move materials and products using appropriate equipment.
  • Follow production schedules and targets to meet production goals.
  • Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Quality Control:
  • Inspect products for defects or non-conformances during the production process.
  • Follow quality control procedures and standards to ensure product quality.
  • Document and report any quality issues or defects.
• Safety and Cleanliness:
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Other Duties:
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
  • Participate in training and development activities.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic Skills:
  • Ability to read and understand work instructions and procedures.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift and carry materials and products.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
