responsibilities:

• Oversee project budgets and cost reporting by preparing cash flow forecasts, performing estimate versus actuals variance analysis, and establishing time-phased baseline budgets.

• Develop, coordinate, and analyze project schedules using Primavera (P6) and SmartSheet tools while assisting Project Managers with essential planning and documentation.

• Input and maintain budget data within corporate systems, track key performance indicators, and create comprehensive project breakdown structures.

• Facilitate project meetings, implement project management best practices, and build strong partnerships with internal teams, external contractors, and vendors.

• Ensure smooth departmental operations by coordinating the complete work order lifecycle, tracking unvouchered liabilities (UVLs), and assisting with SOX compliance verification.
