Position Overview We are looking for an Associate Dentist who is passionate about high-quality dentistry, thoughtful patient communication, and creating an elevated experience from start to finish. The Associate Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care in a modern, welcoming environment while working alongside a supportive team committed to comfort, hospitality, and exceptional outcomes. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning Perform restorative, cosmetic, preventive, and general dental procedures Communicate treatment recommendations clearly, confidently, and compassionately Build strong, long‑term relationships with patients through trust and professionalism Deliver care with a gentle, detail-oriented, and patient-focused approach Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to create a seamless patient experience Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation Uphold the highest standards of ethics, quality, safety, and infection control Contribute to a calm, polished, and welcoming practice atmosphere Support the continued growth and reputation of the practice through excellent care Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Active Colorado dental license, or eligibility to obtain one Current CPR certification Strong clinical skills and commitment to high-quality dentistry Excellent communication and patient education abilities Warm, professional, and polished chairside presence Interest or experience in cosmetic and aesthetic dentistry preferred Team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow with the practice Commitment to delivering an elevated, boutique-level patient experience Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who combines clinical confidence with genuine warmth.
