Job Overview As a leading designer and fabricator of commercial grade retail display cases as well as millwork/décor, associates work directly with leading retailers such as Sam’s Club, Academy, Kohl’s and Wal‑Mart to create shopping experiences seen every day. Assembler is responsible for several duties at Jahabow, including assembling, wiring, and adjusting precision units. The role may also involve assembling non‑standard units. Responsibilities Assembles fabricated parts at floor stations Uses hand tools and power tools to assemble units to product specifications Possesses knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field Works under immediate supervision Typically reports to the Production Team Leader Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift over 40 lbs. and walk/stand for most hours of the workday Ability to use tools to assemble items Required Skills Ability to follow instructions from a lead or supervisor Benefits Jahabow offers health, dental and vision, term life, short/long term disability, 401k, accident, cancer care and hospital indemnity.
