Qualifications:

• Active and valid Occupational Therapist license for New Mexico (or eligibility to obtain)
• Masters degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred, but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to new environments and work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for school-aged children
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to support student participation and educational success
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to implement and monitor progress
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
• Contribute expertise to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and team meetings
