Responsibilities: Receive and route a high volume of calls through the switchboard and supply information to callers and relay messages Maintain the office supply inventory at an appropriate level and order additional supplies as needed Assist with faxing and copying as needed Sort, distribute, and manage all incoming and outgoing mail and shipments Special projects and overflow work as needed Assist with travel arrangements and hotel accommodations as requested Request postage as needed and maintain the postage machine Meet and address visitors, ascertain the nature of business, and direct accordingly Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required About Us: At Majestic Care of Deming Park, we are committed to individualizing the quality of life for those we care for through our magical culture created from the hearts of our Care Team members.
