Skip to content Back CONTRACT Privacy Counsel Anywhere| United States Contract Our client, a fantastic public benefit corporation and healthcare technology company, is seeking an experienced Privacy Counsel on a contract basis. This role will serve as a key deputy on a lean legal privacy team, handling the gamut of privacy issues including incident response, privacy-related contract escalations, DPAs and BAAs, and close collaboration with product teams. The ideal candidate is a mid-career attorney with strong healthcare privacy experience, including HIPAA and U.S. state privacy laws such as the CCPA. The engagement is expected to last through the end of the year or longer, with the possibility of converting to a full-time employee. This is a fully remote US-based role with full-time hours, and candidates must be licensed to practice in a US jurisdiction.
