CONTRACT Privacy and Cyber Attorney

Our client, a global technology company and household name, is seeking an experienced Privacy and Cyber Attorney to provide immediate support across EU privacy and cybersecurity matters on a contract basis. This attorney will advise on a range of evolving regulatory requirements, with a particular focus on GDPR, the EU AI Act, the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), and related European privacy and cybersecurity regulations. Responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing privacy-related materials, providing practical legal guidance, partnering with product and business teams, and tracking and interpreting regulatory developments. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience advising on EU privacy and cybersecurity requirements and burgeoning regulations, and be comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving environment. This is a fully remote U.S.-based contract opportunity expected to begin at approximately 20 hours per week, with hours likely decreasing after the first couple of months.
