Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
Job Summary:
As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist at CHE Behavioral, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality behavioral health services to residents of long-term care and rehabilitation centers. Join our team of dedicated professionals who are committed to increasing access to mental health services and reducing the stigma of mental health conditions.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to residents of long-term care and rehabilitation centers
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapies to improve the mental health and well-being of clients
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in the field
Demonstrate a commitment to CHE Behavioral's mission to provide quality clinical services that improve the quality of life for older adult patients
