Client Services Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Client Services Specialist to join their team. As a Client Services Specialist, you will be part of the customer support department supporting client engagement and service delivery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Client Services Specialist
Location: Johnston, RI
Pay Range:
Shift: Hours Per Shift: 4, Monday - Friday 11am - 3pm
What's the Job?
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone and email
Assist clients with inquiries, account issues, and service requests
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions
Collaborate with team members to resolve client concerns efficiently
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality
What's Needed?
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Basic proficiency with computer systems and data entry
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
