Industrial Maintenance Technician (Multi-Craft) Location: De Soto, KS

Pay Rate: $27.00 – $30.00 / hour (Based on Experience)

Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | 2-2-3 Schedule (Work only 7 out of 14 days; enjoy 3-day weekends every other week!)

What You’ll Do

• Multi-Craft Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic production equipment using technical schematics.

• Preventative & Predictive Maintenance: Perform routine PMs and utilize predictive tools (oil/water testing, IR scans, vibration analysis) to keep production running smoothly.

• Equipment & Facility Support: Assist with minor welding repairs and safely operate plant equipment (forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts).

• Safety First: Adhere to plant safety protocols, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and OSHA standards to maintain a safe environment.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience with exposure to mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

• Technical Skills: Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals.

• Education & Setup: High School Diploma or GED; possess a basic personal hand tool set.

• Certifications: Ability to operate and certify on forklifts and aerial lifts.

• Availability: Dependable attendance for 12-hour day shifts and occasional overtime as needed.
