Finance Business Partner, Micro Electronics - Americas & EMEA

Finance Business Partner role supporting Pall Corporation's Micro Electronics division across Americas and EMEA regions. Partners with sales leadership on forecasting, budgeting, performance reporting, and financial analysis to drive business performance. Reports to the MicroE Finance director.
Responsibilities
- Partner with regional sales leaders to analyze factors impacting orders, sales, and margins
- Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning processes
- Develop financial and operational metrics, dashboards, and reports to improve efficiency
- Conduct financial modeling, pricing analysis, and variance identification for performance excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 10-15 years progressive experience in accounting and/or FP&A roles
- Demonstrated experience building sales and order forecasts with business leaders
- Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow analysis
- Proficiency with ERPs, consolidation tools, Excel, and analytical technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with emotional intelligence
Compensation: $160,000-$180,000 base, plus bonus/incentive pay
