Outside Sales Account Leader

ANDON Specialties is a national leading manufacturer's representative/distributor of process automation, analytical, and fluid handling solutions. We are searching for Outside Sales Candidates in Houston, TX to focus on our customers in Freeport, TX. What You'll Be Doing: Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and deliver solutions. Increase sales volumes through cross-selling and add-on opportunities. Work with inside sales, supply chain teams to support territory strategies and customer success. Achieve sales objectives, develop and nurture customer relationships, create customer-focused solutions, and deliver value in partnership with the ANDON Sales Team and Principals. Develop and maintain working knowledge of the industry, technologies, applications, and customers within assigned account base. Ensure an excellent customer experience. Manage multiple accounts and internal/external communications simultaneously. What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2+ years of outside sales experience (industrial experience is a plus). Background in petrochemical, oil & gas, life sciences, or semiconductor industries preferred. Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. Coachable and adaptable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Motivated and driven to go above and beyond.
