FA Sales Development Leader

Sales Development Leader Overview The Sales Development Leader (SDL) is the local management representative for EMG and the main person in charge of executing the company’s corporate mission and sales goals in the market to which they are assigned. The SDL primarily manages daily operations, enrollment of new accounts, and development of sales representatives, ensuring the success of their office, portfolio, and representatives. The SDL assists Sales reps with phone prospecting, lead generation, running and closing deals, account evaluations, and bid creation. They hire new sales representatives and other personnel needed to staff the local office, as directed by upper management, train and mentor new recruits on EMG’s products, services, and sales system, coordinate recruitment advertising placement, and interview prospects for sales and other positions.
