READY TO TAKE YOUR SALES CAREER TO THE NEXT LEVEL?

Tired of the same dealership grind? Tired of feeling like your hard work isn’t recognized? Feel like your career has hit a wall because of the culture around you?

Then it’s time for a change.

At Gills Point S , we’re building a team of driven, competitive, hardworking people who want to WIN —not just for themselves, but for the entire team.

We believe in one simple philosophy:

NO ONE WINS ALONE.

We’re looking for a sales leader —someone who brings energy, takes ownership, wants to get better every day, and understands that hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard.

If you’re hungry to sell, hungry to grow, and hungry to be rewarded for the effort you put in, this could be your opportunity.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Competitive compensation with strong earning potential
• Full benefits
• 401(k)
• Real opportunities for advancement
• A team-first culture where people support and challenge each other
• Recognition for the little things that make a big difference
• The opportunity to sharpen your sales skills and build a long-term career
• A company that rewards people who work hard, show up, and deliver

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We want someone who:

• Is competitive and driven to succeed
• Takes pride in their work
• Wants to make money and build a career
• Is coachable and constantly looking to improve
• Leads by example
• Understands that success takes discipline, consistency, and hard work
• Believes the team gets stronger when everyone contributes
• Isn’t afraid of a challenge

If you’re comfortable doing the same thing every day, this probably isn’t for you.

But if you’re ready to push yourself, elevate your sales game, earn what you’re worth, and be part of a team that wants to win—APPLY NOW.

Your next opportunity shouldn’t be just another job. It should be a chance to build something.
