Our goal is to offer employees an unparalleled experience, with opportunities to grow and improve the quality of their lives and the lives of their families.Position OverviewRequires a skilled tradesperson who installs, maintains, repairs, and dismantles industrial machinery and mechanical equipment in facilities such as manufacturing plants, power plants, food-processing facilities, paper mills, and warehouses.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Promote safety as the number one priority for all Lucas employees.Maintenance of shop floor machineInstall new machinery and production equipmentTroubleshoot mechanical failures and breakdownsAlign and level machinery using precision measuring toolsPerform preventive maintenance on equipmentReplace worn or damaged parts such as bearings, gears, belts, and motorsRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manualsLooking for someone with the following skills and experience:Journeyman MillwrightMechanical systemsHydraulics and pneumaticsBearings, gears, and power transmission systemsWelding and metal fabricationPrecision measurement and alignmentBasic electrical troubleshootingThis position is based on site at our facilities in Cudahy, Wisconsin. It is a manufacturing company, and this role will work with a diverse population in both office and production settings.
