Patient Concierge Department: Clinic Operations Employment Type: Full Time Location: 7855 Blue Diamond Rd, Suite 102, Las Vegas, NV 89178 Reporting To: Shaira Zamora Contreras Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 / hour Description About the Role We are currently seeking highly motivated, patient-oriented, front desk staff. This role will report to the Medical Office Manager and will allow us to meet the needs of our patients. Our Values Put Patients First Empower Entrepreneurial Provider and Care Teams Operate with Integrity & Excellence Be Innovative Work As One Team What You'll Do Greet people entering the office, answering questions, providing directions and instructions on the check-in procedure Manage a multiple-line phone system by addressing caller concerns, routing callers to the appropriate extensions, and leaving messages for the healthcare providers Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via telephone/email Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter Handle filing and data entry as requested Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk Must be detail oriented and possess strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment Good verbal and written communication skills Be able to prioritize workload while remaining flexible May be required to work overtime to meet tight deadlines Highly motivated and able to work with multiple teams simultaneously Take telephone messages and provide feedback and answers to patient/physician/pharmacy calls Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing Other duties as required Qualifications 1 year of work experience at the Front Desk of an outpatient primary care or specialty clinic You're great for the role if: 2+ years of work experience at the Front Desk of an outpatient primary care or specialty clinic Bilingual in Spanish/English Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions Our organization follows an in-person work structure where the expectation is to work onsite on a daily basis. The home site for this position is 7855 Blue Diamond Rd, Suite 102, Las Vegas, NV 89178. The total pay range for this role is: $18 - $22 per hour.
