Bilingual Dispatcher (Warehouse) Immediate Start

We are currently hiring reliable Bilingual Dispatchers for a fast-paced warehouse environment in East Hartford, CT. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for permanent placement after 480 hours worked. This is a hands-on role that combines dispatching duties with warehouse support.

Shift Details

• Sunday Saturday (schedule assigned)
• Start Time: 5:00 AM until end of shift
• Must be available to work weekends

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and track shipments using computer systems
• Communicate with drivers and team members
• Send emails and update shipment information
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks
• Move pallets and operate a hand pump jack
• Support daily warehouse operations as needed

Requirements

• MUST be reliable with strong attendance
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Basic computer skills (Excel, email, dispatch systems)
• Ability to lift and move pallets
• Experience with pallet jacks is a plus
• Team player with a strong work ethic
