Property Accountant Highlights about this opportunity: Free, on-site parking High growth potential Hybrid schedule Competitive benefits Responsibilities of the Property Accountant include but are not limited to: General ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and work papers for a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties Record journal entries as needed Reconcile CAM's, bill backs and calculate escalations Provide budget to actual variance analysis Act as a resource for Director of Operations, Regional Managers, Property Administration Staff and Accounting Department Personnel on accounting issues Assist in preparing year end and quarterly financial statements for investment funds Maintain, reconcile, and record monthly third party property management accounting Provide back up and support to the Fund Controller and Assistant Controller as needed Prepare special reports and projects, collect, analyze and summarize information and trends Property Accountant requirements: BS degree in Accounting or related discipline 1+ years of experience within real estate accounting Very strong excel skills RealPage experience preferred but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
