Job Description Job Description We are looking for a staff accountant or CPA to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing individual and business tax returns as well as assisting on audits. Responsibilities Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports Prepare individual and business tax returns Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements Report analysis and findings to management team Qualifications Degreed Accountant Two years experience in public accounting Fundamental knowledge of GAAP Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools Detail and deadline-oriented Strong analytical and problem solving skills Strong communication skills Company Description The accounting firm of HBC CPAs & Advisors was established in 1973 to provide efficient, expert solutions to businesses and individuals.
