Job Details Location: Erieville, NY 13061 Position type: Per Diem (Part-Time) Pay: $25.00 per hour Schedule: Monday through Friday, approximately 20 hours per week. Possible shifts 10am-3pm. Mileage reimbursement for travel. Agency: ARISE (non‑profit), EFR. Responsibilities Support a young man in his 20s with a developmental disability, helping him prepare meals and build independence in his home and community. Assist with social and recreational activities, including visits to YMCA and personal training sessions. Encourage engagement in community life and recreational activities such as video games. Log hours, mileage, and service documentation electronically each day. Qualifications Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. High school diploma or GED. Flexibility with assignments and schedule. Effective communication and organizational skills. Prior experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred. Willingness to receive background check, fingerprinting, and DMV record check. Technology available to download required apps and adhere to ARISE/EFR technology policy. Attention to detail when logging electronic records. Compensation & Benefits Hourly wage: $25.00. Mileage reimbursed while on the job.
