Travel Registered Nurse - Telemetry | Denver, Colorado

Schedule/Hours:

• Travel assignment with flexible scheduling based on facility needs
• May include on-call shifts and floating to other departments within your competency

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently perform nursing duties and execute delegated medical functions in accordance with state Board of Nursing regulations and facility guidelines
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care
• Continuously collect and assess health data to evaluate patient status
• Provide health education, counseling, and support to patients and families
• Administer therapeutic and restorative care both directly and through the supervision or teaching of others
• Refer patients for further evaluation or treatment when necessary
• Monitor and review therapy and treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote quality patient care
• Float to other units as required and participate in on-call rotations as needed

Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted RN license (state of assignment or compact)
• Minimum of one year clinical experience in Telemetry nursing
• Proficiency in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
• BLS and ACLS certifications (preferred or as required by facility)
