Base pay range $17.00/hr - $19.00/hr ATI is assisting a great client in hiring a Client Relations Specialist to join their team based in the greater KC Metro. The Client Relations Specialist is the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the title and escrow process. This role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Serve as liaison between clients and internal teams. Provide timely updates and resolve client concerns. Monitor transaction progress and ensure on-time closings. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems. Support business development through relationship building. Requirements: 1+ years in customer service; title, escrow, or real estate experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of title/escrow processes is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
