UFC GYM Fitness PT Assistant Sales Manager Full‑time, Entry level (0‑2 years) Benefits Bonus based on performance Employee discounts Free uniforms Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Parental leave Training & development General Summary The Fitness PT Sales Admin is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience personally and through coach supervision. They deliver excellent member service and drive Private Training and Supplement revenue. The role involves addressing member concerns, employee relations issues, and overseeing scheduling and time‑keeping. Regular communication and enforcement of company and club policies are essential. The position requires 7‑day availability, including mornings and nights. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Sell and conduct Private Training & Small Group Training with members. Execute an effective prospecting strategy, conduct guest tours, and complete staff sales through the Turn‑Over process. Service Intro PT packages, build value, and re‑sign clients onto full programs, then hand them off to coaching staff. Prospect members in person and digitally to generate appointments for personal training programs. Administer accurate client programs, supplement purchases, measurement tracking, and workout programming. Assist in all revenue‑generating activities: complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body fat tables, seminars, workshops, etc. Achieve monthly revenue objectives for Private Training and Supplements as set by the company. Review daily club sales performance and employee statistics with the Fitness Manager, Vice President, and staff to identify issues and clarify behaviors needed to reach sales goals. Administer company policies related to the sales process. Independent scheduling and management of client appointments to ensure optimal time management and service delivery. Coordinate with clients to arrange sessions, meetings, or service visits according to their availability. Maintain up‑to‑date scheduling records and adjust for changes or cancellations. Oversee the full scheduling lifecycle for individual client appointments. Work with the Fitness Manager to ensure coaches are productive, revenue and service goals are met, and the club remains on track to meet financial targets. Set monthly, weekly, and daily goals and objectives aligned with or above company standards. Conduct regular meetings with coaches to review performance, operations, and provide guidance toward achieving goals. Handle member service matters: provide tours, explain services offered by the Coaching Department, and sign members up for training agreements and appointments. Mediates member issues and concerns promptly, escalating when appropriate. Perform administrative and housekeeping duties within assigned areas as needed. Notify operations staff of repairs and maintenance needs; conduct daily facility walk‑throughs. Supervise coach sales activities, review agreements, and prepare daily paperwork. Comply with operational procedures and conduct compliance checks through monitoring of club systems and employee performance. Organization Relationships The Fitness PT Sales Admin reports directly to the Fitness Manager and/or General Manager and enforces all policies and procedures with the coaching team. Duties require interaction with all club members and employees. Required Qualifications In‑depth knowledge of Personal Training techniques from assessment to program design and sales. Ability to operate and adjust all fitness equipment. Knowledge of company policies, practices, and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, enthusiastic, positive attitude. Strong customer service focus; responds professionally to guest, member, and staff inquiries. Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions; communicates clearly and concisely. Strong organizational skills; capable of organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks. Computer proficiency with basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills. Adherence to meal and rest break periods; clocks in and out for all shift times. Minimum of one certification recognized by UFC Gym. Current CPR/AED certification. High school diploma or GED. Four‑year degree in a related field (preferred). Minimum two years of related experience. Experience in management or employee relations preferred. Physical Requirements Regular standing, lifting heavy weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, prolonged standing and walking.
