This opportunity places you in a respected rehab and long-term care environment, specializing in stroke and neuro rehab for adults. With 30 beds and a collaborative atmosphere, you'll contribute to meaningful recoveries while growing professionally every shift.


Schedule & Details:

• 32 hours per week
• Evening shifts: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• Four shifts per week, including every other weekend
• Adult patient population, focusing on stroke and neuro rehab (30-bed unit)

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Recent experience in rehabilitation or long-term care settings
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to new environments and function well in multidisciplinary teams
• BLS certification preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care and patient assessments in an adult neuro-rehab unit
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with therapists and physicians
• Monitor patient progress and adapt interventions as needed
• Support patient and family education throughout the rehabilitation process
• Document care accurately while ensuring quality and safety standards are met
