Travel Emergency Room Registered Nurse in Lynn, MA

This assignment places you in a 65-bed, pod-based emergency department, complete with dedicated pediatric and acute mental health sections. Exposure to this fast-paced, high-volume setting-seeing an average of 230 visits per day-is an exceptional opportunity to sharpen your emergency care skills with a diverse pediatric and adult population, engage with a variety of critical cases, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team. You'll expand your résumé by working with EPIC ASAP EMR and exploring new approaches to leadership and patient care within a forward-thinking environment.


Schedule/Hours:

• Day, evening, and night rotations required (7a-7p, 11a-11p, & 7p-7a) as needed
• 36 hours per week
• Rotating weekends
• Nightshift assignments are non-rotating

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active RN license with at least 2 years of emergency nursing experience
• Proficiency in general ED nursing (assessment, documentation, IV, phlebotomy, EKG, cardiac monitoring, point-of-care testing, splinting, critical thinking, patient education)
• AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; NRP & TNCC strongly preferred
• Flexible to float between units as needed

• Deliver comprehensive emergency care utilizing clinical assessment and advanced critical thinking
• Educate patients and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC ASAP
• Respond effectively in acute situations with poise and professionalism
