Responsibilities Customer Transactions: Accurately and efficiently process deposits, check cashing, and withdrawals; verify cash and endorsements; issue receipts with meticulous attention to detail. Product & Service Promotion: Cross-sell and educate clients on the Bank’s financial products and services to enhance client relationships and financial wellness. Payment Processing: Handle credit card payments, issue money orders and bank checks, process loan payments, ensuring accuracy and security. Secure Handling of Assets: Manage night deposit bags, admit clients to safe deposit boxes, and maintain confidentiality and security at all times. Client Support & Inquiries: Respond promptly to customer questions, provide account balances, and assist with general banking needs in a welcoming environment. Reconciliation & Record Keeping: Perform end-of-day balancing of transactions, verify cash totals, and reconcile ATMs; maintain detailed reports and logs to ensure compliance and accurate record retention. Qualifications Required High School Diploma or equivalent Prior experience in customer service and cash handling Strong verbal communication skills Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively Ability to work collaboratively within small teams Fluent in English; bilingual a plus Access to reliable transportation Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development Ability to lift 10–20 lbs., stand for extended periods Preferred Previous banking or financial services experience Schedule Mon–Thu: 12:30 PM – 5:00 PM Fri: 12:30 PM – 6:00 PM Sat: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM (rotating schedule) Sun: Closed Employees may need to remain 15–30 minutes after closing.
