We are seeking a Systems Administrator to support and modernize enterprise IT systems, infrastructure, identity management, and critical business applications. This Systems Administrator role combines systems administration, security, automation, and Tier 2/3 technical support while contributing to strategic technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities of Systems Administrator:
- Administer and support Windows Server, virtualization, and enterprise infrastructure.
- Manage Azure AD (Entra ID), SSO, MFA, and access controls.
- Support enterprise applications, integrations, and user troubleshooting.
- Monitor system performance, security, compliance, and data integrity.
- Automate processes using PowerShell, Python, or other scripting tools.
- Provide Tier 2/3 support and serve as an escalation resource for complex technical issues.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with systems administration, network infrastructure, and enterprise technologies.
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Entra ID, identity management, and security best practices.
- Scripting and automation experience (PowerShell, Python, Bash, or JavaScript).
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience with SQL, REST APIs, and system integrations.
- Familiarity with Intune, JAMF, Power BI, or Power Automate.
- Experience in education or nonprofit environments.
