Senior FP&A Analyst | $115K-$130K + Bonus | Hybrid | Wheeling Area
Our client, a well-established multi-billion-dollar consumer products manufacturer, is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join its growing finance team. This is a highly visible opportunity supporting senior finance leadership with excellent exposure across the business, a collaborative culture, outstanding benefits, and significant long-term career growth. Highlights- $115,000-$130,000 base salary
- 10% annual bonus
- 30 days PTO
- Hybrid work schedule (2 remote days per week)

- Develop financial models, forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans
- Partner with operations and business leaders to analyze financial performance and identify opportunities
- Perform scenario planning and business analysis to support strategic decisions
- Create meaningful financial reporting, dashboards, and KPI analysis
- Present financial insights and recommendations to leadership
- Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of FP&A experience
- Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience working within a major ERP system
- Experience with reporting and business intelligence tools is preferred
- Excellent communication and business partnering skills
- Consumer products, food & beverage, or manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
