About the Role We are seeking a Sigma Analytics Developer (Contractor) to design, build, and optimize scalable reporting and analytics solutions within the Sigma platform. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineering, and analytics teams to create semantic models, dashboards, workflows, and self-service reporting capabilities that drive operational and strategic decision-making. This is a temporary contract role requiring approximately 40 hours per week for 4 weeks. Responsibilities Design and develop dashboards, workbooks, and analytical applications in Sigma. Build scalable reporting solutions that support business and operational KPIs. Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop reusable datasets, calculations, and reporting frameworks. Optimize existing Sigma assets for performance, usability, and scalability. Create interactive visualizations and drill-through experiences for end users. Support data model design and validation in partnership with data engineering teams. Establish reporting standards, governance practices, and documentation. Troubleshoot data quality issues and reporting discrepancies. Train and support users on Sigma best practices and self-service analytics capabilities. What to Expect Sigma dashboards and reporting workbooks. Reusable datasets and reporting models. High-quality documentation and maintainable analytics assets. Qualifications (Required) 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics development, or data reporting. Hands-on experience building solutions within Sigma Computing. Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational data models. Experience working with cloud data warehouse platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift. Familiarity with BI and analytics best practices. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Qualifications (Preferred) Experience building executive dashboards and operational reporting solutions. Knowledge of data governance and semantic layer design. Experience with KPI development and metric standardization. Familiarity with marketing, sales, finance, or eCommerce analytics.
