Sr Payroll Financial Analyst

As a Sr Payroll Financial Analyst here at Honeywell Technologies, you will report directly to our Payroll Manager and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule. You will play a crucial role in analyzing and managing global payroll financial data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in payroll postings to the General Ledger. You will collaborate with payroll and finance teams to provide insightful financial analysis, support payroll budgeting and forecasting, and drive process improvements that enhance payroll financial management. You will report directly to our VP, Payroll and you’ll work out of our location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the financial integrity of payroll processes, ensure timely and accurate payroll financial reporting and contribute to the overall financial health of the company.Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
