Sr. Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A supports financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for an operating division of Enpro. Reporting into the FP&A organization, the Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in translating financial data into actionable insights, supporting capital investment decisions, and helping operating leaders improve business performance. This position is well‑suited for a high‑potential finance professional with a growth mindset who is eager to develop into a best‑in‑class business partner while collaborating closely with the broader FP&A team to help shape and advance Enpro FP&A best practices. What You’ll Do Support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning activities for assigned operating sites Produce and analyze monthly financial performance, including variance analysis versus prior year, budget, and forecast Provide direct business support to operating sites, including margin analysis, cost trends, productivity initiatives, and operational KPIs Support global reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and transparency in financial results and forecasts Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support operational decisions, cost actions, pricing discussions, and growth initiatives Support capital project evaluation, including ROI analysis, post‑investment tracking, and ongoing performance monitoring Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and other functional leaders to improve financial understanding and decision‑making Key partner in product pricing and manufacturing cost analysis, supporting Sales and Operations in annual updates to product price list and standard costs Prepare and maintain management reporting and presentations for leadership and FP&A stakeholders Collaborate with the broader FP&A team to develop, refine, and implement Enpro FP&A best practices, tools, and standard processes Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, standardization, and data quality across FP&A and site‑level reporting Work closely with Accounting to ensure alignment between financial results, forecasts, and operational insights Your Role in Our Values At Enpro, our values of Safety, Excellence, and Respect guide how we work, collaborate, and grow. What You’ll Bring Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, operations finance, or a related analytical role Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with advanced Excel proficiency Ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail with a growth‑oriented mindset Preferred Qualifications Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or multi‑site operating environment Exposure to capital investment analysis and operational KPI reporting Experience supporting global or multi‑business unit organizations Familiarity with OneStream or other financial planning tools Experience leveraging SQL and business intelligence tools (such as PowerBI) to pull, transform, and analyze data from ERP, CRM, and data warehouse environments EEO and Culture Statement At Enpro, we believe that diversity drives innovation and inclusion fosters growth.
