Registered Nurse (RN) - Rehab

Registered Nurse – Rehabilitation

Night shifts available with options for 36 or 48 hours per week. Required to work every other weekend.

Unit type: Acute inpatient rehabilitation, typically with a patient ratio of 8:1.

Minimum 1 year of experience required (first-time travelers acceptable).

Current BLS certification required.

Experience with Epic charting system preferred.

Previous charge experience is a plus.

Must possess a valid nursing license in the state or compact license prior to start.

Provide acute inpatient rehabilitation care for adults, including patients with stroke, TBI, and post-operative needs.

Utilize mobility and transfer techniques, including the use of assistive devices.

Administer tracheostomy care, suctioning, and NG/PEG tube management.

Deliver wound care and implement pressure ulcer prevention strategies.

Monitor basic vital signs and manage dysphagia precautions.

All requested time off must be listed at the time of submission; up to 4 days can be auto-approved. Lab tests required within 48 business hours after contract signing.
