**Exciting Opportunity for an Oncology RN!** **Job Description:** - Location: Oncology Clinic - Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00) - Experience Required: 1 year in Oncology/Infusion - Certifications Required: BLS, Chemotherapy (ONS/ONCC) **Responsibilities:** - Administer 6 infusions plus 1-2 port draws daily - Utilize Alaris Infusion Pumps and CADD Ambulatory Pumps - Care for patients with Heme/Onc diagnoses - Manage oncologic emergencies, including: - Acute Tumor Lysis Syndrome (ATLS) - Anaphylaxis - Extravasation injury - Hemorrhage - Sepsis - Spinal Cord Compression - Provide symptom management for: - Altered mental status - Constipation/diarrhea - Dysphagia - Edema - Nausea/vomiting - Neuropathy - Conduct central line/implanted line care and management - Implement neutropenic precautions **Patient Demographics:** - Adults and Geriatrics - Daily Census: 6 Infusions plus 1-2 port draws - Number of Beds: 20 **Incentives:** - Manager values travelers and offers recognition and awards - Positive team environment with many returning travelers - RTO restrictions to be included at the time of submittal - No weekends required - Call not required - Local candidates accepted **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
