Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions and quality procedures Basic computer and documentation skills preferred Experience Requirements Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or quality inspection experience is a plus Experience performing visual inspections or quality checks preferred but not required Experience documenting results and maintaining records is beneficial Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to identify defects, inconsistencies, and non-conforming products Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to follow established quality standards and procedures Strong communication and teamwork skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment Physical Capabilities Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift Ability to perform repetitive inspection tasks Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed Ability to work in a manufacturing or production environment Good visual acuity to inspect products for defects and quality concerns Job Duties Perform visual and hands-on inspections of parts and assemblies Identify defects, damage, and products that do not meet quality standards Follow inspection procedures, work instructions, and quality requirements Accurately record inspection findings and quality data Communicate quality concerns to supervisors and quality team members Support production and quality improvement efforts Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
