Permanent job opening Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible family medicine or emergency medicine physician Reason for need: growth Group owns 5 locations in the surrounding Boston area – they are looking to hire multiple providers over the next few months They are opening a new center this summer and have 3-4 other locations under LOI They are seeking providers with clinical quality The medical director trains all providers personally; additionally, she works side-by-side with the providers and is in a clinic every day They are very proud of their clinical leadership presence You’d float between their five local sites Depending on the site, they offer single or double coverage Hours are 8a-8p Must be comfortable seeing 45-50 patients per day While they prefer full-time candidates, they are open to part-time Full-timers work 36 hours a week, including every other weekend Must see all ages You’d perform all typical urgent care procedures such as suturing and splinting Training is provided You’d do your own wet reads on x-rays Group provides DOT certification for all of their providers Must be licensed in Massachusetts Must have ACLS and PALS (or willing to obtain) EMR: Experity Allow RecruitWell to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss more!
