Position Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated, self-directed sales professional who enjoys building relationships and helping customers protect what matters most. This is a remote position focused on generating new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and follow-up. Compensation is heavily performance-based with unlimited earning potential.

Primary Responsibilities

• Generate new business through phone, text, email, social media, and referral networking.
• Develop relationships with prospective customers.
• Conduct insurance reviews and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Health, and Business insurance products. (Must be licensed for each product category that you sell, can build licenses as you grow your career)
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects using agency CRM.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Participate in virtual team meetings and sales coaching.
• Maintain product knowledge and licensing requirements.

• Consistently creates new opportunities without being prompted.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound contacts.
• Handles objections confidently.
• Follows a structured sales process.
• Maintains a positive attitude through rejection.
• Works independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain)
• Life & Health License (not required, but preferred or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable internet and dedicated workspace
• Prior sales experience preferred
• CRM experience a plus
