Purchasing and Design Specialist

To support the development of presale client deliverables, the full-time Purchasing and Design Specialist will manage creative program development, sourcing and procurement, negotiation, budgeting, and client/vendor contracting in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Effectively communicate with team members and suppliers to ensure timely proposal development for travel projects Source rates and availability while strategizing recommendations for destinations, hotels, and venues Negotiate competitive rates and terms on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented in contracts Required qualifications Four-year degree or equivalent experience Minimum of four years' industry experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects Ability to travel and attend presentations as needed
