Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid license or eligibility for Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in Florida
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with educators and families
• Competence in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in diverse student populations

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and deliver direct therapy for students with a variety of speech and language needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain documentation and track student progress in accordance with district and federal guidelines
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of service models
