We are a busy Pediatric Dental/Orthodontic Practice seeking a Patient Care Coordinator/Receptionist. Experience preferred, however will train the right person who has an outgoing, positive attitude! Some tasks to include: pediatric and orthodontic scheduling, reviewing insurance benefits, sending pre-determinations, patient check in/out, answering phones, submitting insurance claims and patient and insurance A/R. This position requires someone who can bring the "Wow" factor, has the willingness to learn and the ability to multitask! In this role, you'll: • Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism • Manage appointments, patient records, and insurance documentation • Use your skills in EHR systems to keep everything running efficiently • Uphold HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and support our clinical team with administrative tasks Salary Range full-time $22 - $24 per hour - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
