Job Title: Delivery & Installation Driver (1099 Sub-Contractor)
Compensation: $150/day (Starting pay, commensurate with experience)
Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable, professional, and hardworking Delivery Driver and Helpers to join our team as a sub-contractor. You will be operating a 24/26 ft box truck as a team, working alongside another to safely carry and manage the delivery and installation of appliances and lawn furniture with customer homes.
Our goal is to provide exceptional service, ensuring that every delivery is handled with care and meets the specific expectations negotiated by our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with a helper to load, transport, deliver, and install appliances and outdoor furniture. Provide high-level customer service and maintain professional communication on-site. Ensure all goods are delivered and installed according to customer agreements and company standards. Complete all necessary documentation for deliveries. Must bring own tools to complete installations.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Physical ability to lift, move, and install heavy items (appliances/furniture). Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) is a major plus. Professional demeanor and strong commitment to customer service. Must be able to work as a 1099 contractor.
