Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and craft individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Oversee the implementation of behavior intervention programs, ensuring fidelity and efficacy. Collect and analyze data to gauge progress and facilitate data-driven decision-making. Foster collaboration with families, caregivers, and professionals to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans. Remain abreast of the latest research and best practices in behavior analysis and ABA therapy.
