With a focus on elevated cuisine, exceptional service, and unforgettable guest experiences, we are building a team of hospitality professionals who set the standard for dining in the Grand Canyon of Tennessee,.**Job Title:** Front of House Manager – Fine Dining **Location:** RiverDance Restaurant, 300 The Gorge Dr., Guild, TN 37340**Position Summary:** We are seeking experienced and passionate **Front of House Managers** to join our opening team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering five-star service, and leading staff with professionalism and grace in a fine dining environment.**Responsibilities:*** Oversee front of house operations, including dining room, bar, and guest services* Lead, coach, and train service staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences* Manage daily floor operations, reservations, and guest flow* Ensure compliance with company standards, health and safety regulations* Handle guest concerns with professionalism, discretion, and solutions-focused thinking* Collaborate with back of house leadership to ensure seamless service* Assist with scheduling, labor management, and inventory as needed**Qualifications:*** Minimum 3 years of management experience in upscale or fine dining restaurants* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills* Ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams* Excellent problem-solving and guest service skills* Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays* Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences**What We Offer:*** Competitive salary and bonus potential* Benefits:Medical/Dental/Vision 401k/ PTO* Professional growth and advancement opportunities* Discount on food## QualificationsWhat we're looking for in a Manager • Minimum of 1-2 years management experience in an upscale casual dining restaurant • A degree in Hospitality Management, or similar, is preferred • Ability to coach and develop Team Members • Strong passion for hospitality and service • Knowledge of food and beverage preparation • Working knowledge of local and national health codes • Excellent communication • Must be able to stand for long periods of time • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
